HISTORY & ORGANIC INTEGRITY

Our organic farming journey began in 2015 when we undertook farming for Lancaster Farm Fresh Co-Operative. This sparked our passion for regenerative farming practices, which we had great joy in refining over the next decade. In 2025, we took the leap to open our own small market, where we now have the joy of connecting with our own customers!

Elk Creek Farmers Market offers high-quality, fresh, homegrown organic vegetables, herbs, and canned goods. As well as 100% organic, 100% grass fed beef and buffalo. Also, A2A2 100% organic raw milk, butter, drinkable yogurt, cheese, and ice cream from Jersey cows that are 100% grass fed. We also offer pasture-raised pork, fresh and frozen chicken, and eggs fed with organic corn.

We also offer seed-starting! Just bring us your seed, and we will start it, any month, any time!

OUR VISION
Our aim is to establish an organic market for those interested in eating healthfully, as well as to create an outlet for local farmers who want to produce 100% organic, healthy food. In this way, we hope to contribute to healing the earth and building a healthy environment for generations to come.
